would u b interested in a site that sells re-vamped high fashion clothing & accessories, for women and children? Items such as old basic handbags that have been encrusted with jewles, charms etc, and clothing that has been altered into high catwalk pieces that no – one else will ever own. Costing no more than your average newlook, dorothy perkins, adams kids, h&m?

Question by – -: Where can vendors find high fashion clothing and accessories, in bulk, in the Los Angeles Market District?
A local business owner has offered to tell me the “secret” for $ 20.

She claims the prices are cheaper than wholesale, cheaper than vendor supplier magazines, and cheaper than closeout situations, in which freight is bought by the pound.

But, I’m skeptical as to whether this is such a big secret.
